Understanding and adept to say the least She called me back on a Sunday first of all, in between stops - and offered all the missing information I needed Even though she wasn’t assigned to my area, she took care and time to answer my concerns and questions 10/10 recommend

Outstanding at health care by my Nurses, Physical Therapists, and Occupational Therapists. Everyone’s enthusiasm and professionalism is beyond reproach. They are there to help with all my needs and go above and beyond to provide the best quality care. I have used their services three times due to an on-going/recurring illness. I HIGHLY recommend At Home Health Care Professionals! Definitely 5-Stars in my opinion!

I would recommend this agency over a million agencies.. when it comes to hospice -- they truly care and truly pour their compassion into their work... I have never met a more compassionate group of nurses and aides and would pick them over and over again... this is who you want when you or a loved one is in need of hospice...

Due the speed and accuracy at which they can admit a new client and provide them care, AT Home Care & Hospice is a top choice I recommend to families who need a quick solution to care for their loved ones.

The patient comes last, and staffing is always an issue. Different nurse every day and no consistency. Very poor care.

TERRIBLE PLACE!!!! If there was a rate even less than five stars they would have the very least. My mother has early onset Alzheimer’s and is on hospice. The nurses were great however I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone. The administrators are horrible even the corporate ones in Richmond when I tried to basically asked them why they wouldn’t re-admit my mom after taking her to the hospital. By the way this was the first time I took my mother she had a horrible fall and I thought she had broken ribs so I insisted they take x-rays thank God I did because they found pneumonia in her lungs soon after that she was gasping for air so I thought initially she might be drowning from the liquids filling up her longs. So they basically said give her morphine and wait and They could get oxygen out but it would be a couple hours I wasn’t going to wait and let my mom suffocate so I took her to the hospital. The next day I get a call from an agency saying they’re coming to pick up all the medical supplies my mothers Hospital bed over the toilet seat walker everything and I was not even informed that they discharged her from the agency. They did not even attempt to call me to tell me what was going on all I heard was they were coming to get her medical equipment I thought that was the rudest thing ever he would think they ask like they care about you but God for bid you do something to save your mom’s life I know my mother will probably pass with all timers but I wasn’t gonna sit there and let her drown from pneumonia or gas for air and it was nothing they could do so I took drastic measures to save her life my mom is only 67 years old. I would not recommend this agency to anyone there lazy administration Medicare would’ve took my mother back.
