In early 2024, it was becoming clear that my mother-in-law was in need of extra support. She was suffering mentally and physically and as a family, we realized we needed some advice. Apreva Hospice was the company we heard about often, but more than Apreva, it was the name Amber Morra friends and acquaintances urged us to call. We soon got in touch with Ms. Morra to ask questions and to find out what resources were available. I'm sure we called Amber a dozen times for advice before putting my MIL on hospice services. Amber always made herself available! She has a wealth of knowledge regarding Medicare and hospice as well as end of life care including the option for "death with dignity." We were most grateful for her tact and compassion. Honestly, she was a breath of fresh air during such an emotional time. I should add that she never pushed any of us to enlist her services, but educated us enough to know we had the option...when we were ready. By summer's end, we knew it was time to call Amber and officially put my MIL on hospice. We of course used Apreva Hospice services with Amber as our liaison. We will be forever grateful to Apreva Hospice and Amber Morra. Thank you!

Apreva Hospice took incredibly great care of my Dad. Justin and Amber were my 1st points of contact and they were kind, informative and went over the top to assist with me with this process. All of the nurses were wonderful and provided a caring and loving environment during this difficult time. I cannot recommend them enough. If your loved one was in the military, Justin is a wealth of information , that he followed up with support and how to access any military resources available.

Nurse Jazmin at Apreva Hospice was outstanding.. compassionate, kind, very competent and caring. Our family is grateful to have Jazmin guidance and support. She is dedicated and is truly a saint. The only bad experience was the person bathing my mom in Carlsbad. She was rough in changing and bathing an elderly lady in pain. Her service seemed like just a mundane job… doing minimal work, spending less than 15 mins. Other than her mediocre service, everyone at Aprevai is professional and caring. Thank you.

Our journey on hospice was a quick one. My Aunt declined so rapidly but the support we received was amazing. She was a little resistant to receiving care. She was use to caring for everyone else did not know how to be cared for. Our team was great very responsive and in her final days they were supportive and just a phone call away.

Excellent care! I am so happy I chose Apreva Hospice for my husband's end of life care. Every facet of his life was cared for by a dedicated staff, who also supported and cared for me. They were open and honest and made sure I understood each stage he was going through. Everyone was supportive and kind. They made this difficult time easier to handle. I recommend Apreva as a high quality end of care team. You won't be disappointed.

My experience with a Preva Hospice was exceptional. I was specially impressed with the careful consideration we received from Jenny. She was always just a phone call away and made time for all of my concerns. She was extremely empathetic, caring and kind and was an absolute angel to deal with. I dealt with Jenny all the way from New York, as she was helping to set up care for my aunt who resided in California Jenny never missed a beat, and kept me aware and in the loop of every development. She went above and beyond for myself, my family, and my aunt, and she will always have a very special place in my heart. she also made sure that my aunt was comfortable and cared for, and even made several visits to her care facility to check on her for me. The care and consideration we receive from Jenny was remarkable, and her help and heart were appreciated More than words can express.

Our family highly recommends Apreva Hospice. Every member of the staff were professional and truly caring. They were extremely helpful in helping us navigate a very difficult time. We received their services back in 2020 and again this year (2024) for our mother and father respectively.
