Service department seems to be understaffed. I don’t think you should have to wait 30 minutes to check vehicle in for service but you only have one service adviser.
Extremely disappointing response to a warranty claim for my wife’s vehicle. The vehicle was leased from Hyatt Infinity and serviced there for 4 years. We were told the service manager would call and they never did. No doubt their standard response to a review will show up (we don’t recognize you as ...Read Morea customer, we try to make everyone happy, call our manager). There are too many other choices for luxury vehicles to accept mediocre service. Now that our lease is up (we bought out) we will be going elsewhere for our next vehicle. If you are reading this I suggest you find an alternative dealer to purchase your vehicle.
I have been a customer of Hyatt Infiniti since 2003 and Steve Sandul has looked after my cars’ maintenance for most of that time. I have always been impressed with both the quality of Infiniti vehicles and the professionalism of Hyatt’s staff. I have no problem recommending both.
