We recently visited Alberta on our vacation and rented a Nissan Rogue at the airport for a week. The first couple of days we had the vehicle I thought it was running a bit rough.On the third day I got a message on the dash that a tire only had 25 lbs of air. We were a long way from the rental compan...Read Morey and pulled into Fish Creek Nissan (Damaris Santana) and asked if they could help. She immediately had us pull into a service bay and had all of the tires checked. One tire was at 25 psi and one was at 49psi the front tires were at 47psi and 56psi. and the reason for the rough ride. I would like to thanks Damaris and the folks at Fish Creek for their outstanding customer service and for helping us out. We were quite happy with the Rogue forthe rest of our vacation. I am a Nissan customer since 1982 and have owned 2x200SX, 1 X Micra, and Sentra's in 1990, 1992, 1996, 2000, 2004, 2008, 2013 x 2, and 2022 (which I am driving now)all purchased or leased from Plaza Nissan in Hamilton Ontario who's service is also exceptional. Had an issue with my Nissan Rogue, I had a rear brake light that didn’t work. Brought it to my dealership and spoke with Derek in the service department. Went to replace the light and the problem was not fixed. Derek advised me of the issue and had the mechanics look at it further into the problem. ...Read MoreThey found the issue and fixed it promptly and he let me know the car was ready. I called him back with some questions and he returned my call quickly and answered my questions. Picked up my car all is good. Again another job well done.
