I am very happy to to announce. I just got a brand new car. Well it’s brand new to me. It’s a 2022 Toyota Tacoma and I would like to recommend Jose ROJAS and Jose Izquierdo for their amazing service and true care of customer service. It has been a great experience. I truly recommend this place because of the honesty and I open book and friendly they are.

So if I could give Driver’s Mart and its amazing staff a 10, I would. Just a single, self-employed woman from Jacksonville that care la for her 82 year old mom with dementia. I have been thinking about and watch for the car that I have always wanted. Last week in the early evening walking my Millie Moo, I found it at Driver’s Mart! The car! The price! All of it was exactly what I’ve been looking for. I called immediately and spoke with Nicolas. Now I know how dealerships hustle because I am a hustle myself so I said there was no reason to “sell” me on the car and that I want it if the financing, trade in etc… worked to a number I had in my budget. Hung up and hadn’t even taken a sip of my cold beer (remember I’m walking my dog:)) when the sales manager calls me. Now this guy, RAUL is my type of person! Nice, Energetic, Fun, .made me feel like a “QUEEN” like I was his only client. It was amazing! I told Raul my situation. He told me to fill out the easy online application form for pre approval and send some pics of my trade-in. Done and done! The next morning, I get a call from Raul with great news. Millie Moo and I drove straight to Winter Park. After quick test drive (just to feel the wind in my hair and the coolest, you know, with cooling seats… 😍Raul asked Hon Lee to help me and did he ever! Hon knew the mustang inside and out and answered every question I had about the car. I swear he has the 2022 mustang user manual in his head! It was fantastic! The guys didn’t hit my credit too many times searching (a request of mine that was honored) then Matt Melillo took it home for me! He found me financing to cover my needs… but better than that a great interest rate and terms! Now let’s go! I drove off the lot with my beautiful convertible mustang, but not before Raul, Hon and another amazing guy (sorry forgot your name) got my Bluetooth setup for my phone and Google maps so I safely return home. :) AMAZING vehicles at rock bottom, no haggle pricing! AMAZING salesmen/women who do not work commission based so they are not “in your face” like the damn big dealerships! AMAZING finance guys (and this is important) that find the right fit for YOU not whatever sells the car… I say don’t walk, but run to Driver’s Mart for your next vehicle! Tell them MILLIE MOO and her MOMMA sent you! You won’t be disappointed!

Overall a good buying experience- I did buy the car I wanted for a good price. Car was as advertised and was detailed before I left the dealership- clean and beautiful. Salesperson was excellent, helpful and knowledgeable. But the buying experience was long, drawn-out to 4-hours plus and tedious. But good experience due to really great car bought for a good price with 5-day return for refund.

Angel Perez was extremely helpful and also very nice when it came to buying the vehicle. Jennifer and Jorge were also nice when it came to financing. Would recommend this place for a vehicle purchase.

Angel Perez helped me from the moment I walked in and was so helpful and attentive and had no issues answering all my questions. Jennifer from finance was awesome! Made the signing process so quick and easy and Jorge was knowledgeable and helped us out with our concerns. Overall the experience was so smooth and easy

The sales person Hon Lee and Jose Izquierdo were amazing. They were very patient with us and helped us make the right decision that fit our expectations. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car.
