I had a problem with carpenter bees. After getting various suggestions from various companies, I picked the most expensive, Erlich. The salesman told me the reason the bees kept coming back was because I needed spraying in spring and fall. This would, I was told, take care of the problem and the nee...Read Mored to have spraying every year. Naturally, come spring, the bees were back. Disappointed, the company told me now that I had signed up for yearly eradication. I did? One must always read the fine print. ALWAYS. My mistake. As soon as I asked for them to stop, I get a text about them coming to spray! What the company should have done was come out, apologize for miscommunication and spray as a complimentary service for the misunderstanding. I had asked for a personal phone call from the company. All i get is an impersonal text. Why is it always about the money and not about the service? Do not hire this company.

This company was scheduled for 8am this morning to do a home inspection but never showed. How unprofessional is that. I have an idea of why they may not have shown up but I will do my research before I take the next step.
