Just bought a new 2025 MDX at Island Acura from Joe Mulcahy. Really liked the process. Joe was upfront and honest. There were negotiations but not much because the initial price was so fair. Great experience.

Joe was the best salesman. Every other dealer I went to was quite frankly not hearing what I came in to test and look for. I wanted to view cars I saw online cause I didn’t want to look at preowned used cars I can’t afford. Joe delivered and explained every feature in the car and took the test drive on the side streets, main road and parkway (which other dealers like security dodge and Honda did not do). The warranty coverage at Acura is worth it for the brand.

I have dealt with this Wantagh Acura for some 20 years. This is my 5th or 6th MDX. Always dealt with Joe Mulcahy who made the process easy and stressless. I have had almost all my servicing done at dealership and have always been saisfied with the work and the staff.

I purchased my MDX and traveled a 12 hour trip to get it. Was very pleased with the customer service. I got there that morning from my flight and they had all paperwork and car ready to go. I was in and out in less than 40 min and that was with a test drive. I loved not having to spend a whole day at the dealership. I was given many options or extended warranty and not pressured to buy anything additional but well informed. Made the experience well worth the travel. Joe Mulcahy was my salesman and made the purchase over email and calls extremely easy. Would definitely buy again from this dealer.
