I just had an engine replacement on my 2011 Hyundai sonata by Larry h Miller Hyundai of Albuquerque and I would like to say everything went as smooth as can be to my complete satisfaction. It's always nice dealing with Martin the service rep. He made a very stressful situation manageable. He answered any questions I had to my complete satisfaction. He explained step by step what was being done on my vehicle. I brought my vehicle in on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup the following Thursday. I have been taking my car here for the last 4 years since coming here from New York. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced at this dealer. Thanks again Martin and Larry H Miller Hyundai of Albuquerque. Just brought my 2011 sonata in for service after smelling what I would say was electrical wire burning. Car would not start and the burning smell was pretty intense. I left the car with Martin my service rep at Larry h Miller Hyundai of Albuquerque after describing the problem. It took a while longer than I expected for the repair but it was not anyone's fault. Martin had to order the parts necessary for the repair and that's what took longer than it normally would have. My sonata is running smoothly again. As I mentioned earlier I have been coming to Larry h Miller Hyundai of Albuquerque for 4 years now and will continue to do so in the future. I recommended to my family and friends to have their vehicles serviced here. It's always a pleasure dealing with the service advisors and a special shout out to Martin who handled the repair on my sonata.

After posting my original review, I was contacted directly by both the dealership general manager and the service department manager. They took my concerns seriously and personally invited me back in to make things right. I appreciated that level of accountability. During the follow-up visit, they clearly explained the recommended services, addressed the issues thoroughly, and ensured everything met the standard I expected. This time, the service was on point, and the communication was much better. While my first experience left me disappointed, I give credit where it’s due: they stepped up, followed through, and earned back a level of trust. I appreciate the effort to make things right. I have been a customer for a long time and will continue to be a customer and have work performed at Larry MIller Hyundai.
