First I should mention that I have not taken my car to a dealership for maintenance in many, many years. I never felt comfortable with them and I always feel like I was being ripped off, being overcharged for work that was not truly required. That all changed this week when I took my Corvette to Heritage Chevrolet and Steph Spindler handled the whole process. She is amazing! I honestly felt like she was on my side. She would not suggest work that was not required. When I mentioned that certain brakes were outside of my budget, she suggested a better alternative. She texted me throughout the day, letting me know the status of the work being done. Because of the trust she earned with me, I decided to have a lot more work done than I had planned, and all at a reasonable price. I also want to commend the mechanic Sean Lewis on the great job he did on my Corvette. I'm told Sean has been a Corvette Master for 30 years and based on the high quality work he did on my car, I can understand why he has reached that level. I now have a new team to handle all of my maintenance ... Steph Spindler and Sean Lewis! Not only will I will be back often, I have been recommending Heritage to all the members of my Corvette club. Thanks again Steph and Sean!!!
