People say don't trust shops at the dealership, but these folks treat me and my vehicle just fine. I'm always alerted to any issues and the prices are never outrageous. Update 4/9/2022: They've since turned into Hall Automotive from Charles Barker Automotive. They've changed a few things as far as their look and maybe how they process your appointments and paying out at the end of service. However, there has been no change in the level or quality of service and I would still feel comfortable purchasing my next vehicle here. Update 6/27/2023: They're currently housed next door in the former Lexus dealership while they renovate the main building they were in. Update 4/13/2024: The renovations make the waiting area more comfy with plenty of spaces to work if you bring your laptop or other electronics. New big TV to watch as well. The staff are polite and professional. They are following current respiratory hygiene guidelines. Recommended. Update 8/26/2024: The service area has been updated with more service/advisor stations and then pressure-sensitive door opener has been replaced with a movement-presence sensor instead.
