Excellent service and amazing work!!

The team at MileOne (I worked with Melanie and she was fantastic) were so knowledgeable, communicative, professional and thorough, and they did an amazing job fixing my vehicle. They even washed and cleaned it up after repairing it, which I didn’t expect at all. My vehicle is new so I was nervous about whether it would be repaired properly, but all of my fears were dissolved throughout the course of the process and especially after the repair was complete. I would definitely recommend this company to others whose vehicle’s are in need of body repair!

I had my car repaired at Mile One (twice) this year and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Quality of the work done was exceptional—my car looks like it was before damages and the repairs were completed on time, as promised. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and worked directly with the insurance company, making everything hassle-free. What a pleasure it was to work with Crystal and Melanie at this shop. I had damaged my rear-view mirror and trying to just do things on my own needless to say I failed. I did order the cover for my mirror, and it was painted perfectly to match my 2021 GL250. When the shop went to install the mirror there was more damage that was done to the inside of casing in the mirror. Crystal showed me the additional damage that was done and what it would take to fix it. Crystal searched and found the additional part needed and afforded me a reasonable price to complete the repair. The Customer service I received between Crystal and Melanie, was over and beyond! I was contacted as soon as the part came in. The part was installed in under 30 minutes. Kudos to these very nice women :)

Amit the Genius! First and far most, he has to be one of the friendliest and genuine professionals that I have ever encountered. Explained my issues to him and he began to correct them all while providing me with an explanation and a means to prevent them from happening again. He also identified issues I had no idea existed.
