I was driving by myself from Buffalo to Brooklyn and had the misfortune of filling my brand new Lexus with gas that was mostly water and got stranded in the middle of nowhere in PA. Eventually I was towed to MotorWorld Lexus where I was given a loaner and treated great. The problem would have been solved quickly except it took longer because the insurance company needed to investigate and test the gas. Once MotorWorld got the okay, my car was repaired, my husband and I drove the 4.5 hours back and picked it up. They couldn’t have been nicer yesterday when we arrived, the car works wonderfully and they even fixed a piece of molding that was bent that I didn’t even point out to them.
