Overall experience with salesmen Javier was fantastic. I drove 1.5 hour with a bit traffic from Haymarket Virginia to meet with Javier along with my family. As soon as I got on the lot he came out and directed to a parking spot right away for the customer parking was bit crowded. He already had the vehicle parked out front washed and ready for us to see and test drive. The whole process was quick and simple. He got us in and out in little time for he knew me and family would have to be traveling back home in a Tuesday rush hour traffic. He showed high level of professionalism and care for me and my family. This is my second purchase with ourisman Honda but first time having Javier as our salesman. I highly recommend you asking for Javier for your next car purchase. He goes above and beyond to make sure you get the best deals and understand everything you want/need on your new vehicle. We live in NC, travel to NY and Bethesda to visit family. While in NY our 2017 CRV needed the Fuel injectors to be replaced, we were also told we needed new tires. It was a 5 week wait for the fuel injectors. Knowing we were going to be in Bethesda for the weekend I called Ourisman Honda, spoke to Hamada, I explained our situation! He said drop it off they had the parts needed. Hamada looked at the tires and said no need to replace the tires. He also gave me a total after they ran diagnostics. The computer needed to be updated. He worked with me and said the car would be done in 24 hours. He kept me informed on the price and when the car would be ready! Simply put he was GREAT! I’d bring my car to them anytime. In fact if we were in the Mkt to buy a new car, Ourisman Honda would get my business. Very professional and not once did he try to up sell me! Thanks Hamada!
