I had a very disappointing experience at Porsche of Plano, specifically with a salesperson named Eric. From the moment we arrived, his attitude was dismissive and unprofessional—he looked at us like we didn’t belong there. I’ve purchased multiple high-end vehicles in the past, and I told him upfront...Read More that we were serious buyers and just needed to figure out the financing. Eric barely responded to my messages, gave short and uninterested replies, and showed no effort to work with us. It felt like unless you’re buying a $200k+ car, they simply don’t care. This is not how a luxury dealership should treat potential customers. I’ll never step foot in that dealership again and do not recommend anyone go there. Absolutely unacceptable experience. Update !!!! ( as you can see the responded from the bottom to call for the manager like that number is the manager’s number when I call it goes straight to the dealership itself. It doesn’t connect with anyone. This is total BS.)

Friday, right at noon, my 911 gives me a warning that I have low pressure in my right rear tire. It’s Friday, I can’t imagine being able to get into service and get this taken care of. They fixed both tires, and soon I was on my way, able to drive my wonderful 911 over the weekend

The entire service Department at Porsche Plano is special. My wife and I both have Porsches and every time we come in it’s like a reunion with friends Over many years, I have found their mechanics to be excellent

So please believe when I say to you -- Jorge, Scott, Tony, Eric, and Tina -- that my husband and I, when purchasing a vehicle, have never before experienced anything close to your level of customer service. Simply FLAWLESS customer care, you guys! No games, no upsell, no hidden or extra fees . . . just simple, clear, kind communication and over-and-beyond service. I'm still STUNNED. Lol. And here's just one tiny, telling example of many from our experience with you: Due to my hectic schedule, I ended up having to return to Porsche Plano (to complete the purchase) with my hair still drying under my head scarf after my workout. 😩🤦🏾‍♀️ For that reason, I was a bit uncomfortable to start. However, I soon relaxed and felt at ease . . . as you guys didn't blink an eye: You met me (and my head scarf 😅) with the SAME gracious, on-the-up-and-up kindness, care, and customer service as you had the previous day. The office was beautiful, the conversations were warm and informative, and the simple, uncomplicated purchasing terms were righteous, LOL. Porsche Plano has been my go to for two Porsche automobiles. Ming is an outstanding sales person and Robin service will take care of you. Definitely recommend. Love the location too!
