Somehow the purchase was not in their system. After I showed them the receipt from 5 years ago, they promptly processed the request and the dead battery was replaced.

Place is amazing, it lives up to the Audi family. Maddi is my favorite, I always choose her when I go there, she's extremely smart and outgoing when I am there, I wouldn't trust my Audi with anyone else

This is the worst service experience I ever had a dealership. I brought in my 2022 Audi A5 for a rumbling sound when turning, and because something seemed to be hanging low beneath the car. I also asked them to please include an emissions test for my upcoming registration. It turns out the rumbling ...Read Morewas the clutch, and they needed to keep the car for four days for diagnostics, replacing parts, and calibration on test drives. I asked for a loaner, they said they had none, but would call me back. They never called me back. I had to call multiple times myself. There never was a loaner. When I went back to get the car, they had neglected to do the emissions test. They fixed the clutch and said the hanging thing was a bracket that was bent back in shape. I drove to do my daily duties and was on the highway, driving 80 miles an hour with no shoulder, and I heard a horrific screech, something had fallen off the bottom of my car and was scraping against the highway. The only nearby exit was I-15 and loads of traffic. I put my hazards on, dropped to like 40 miles an hour and tried to get over several lanes for the next exit to the city. I called them and they said it was the plastic cover or whatever held in place by the bracket and oops guess it wasn't secure. I had no idea, if that was a danger to me or others, on a very crowded highway with nowhere to go. Absolutely terrible communication, forgetful service, and a very unpleasant experience. I don't ever want to return to this dealership!
