While I initially had a poor review of Re-Bath it seems that in the past few weeks they've undergone a considerable shift in management. The new management reached out to me about my concerns, listened attentively, and offered thoughtful, genuine solutions to my problems. Based on this and the quality of work, I wholeheartedly endorse Re-Bath. Very pleased.
We had 2 bathrooms renovated by Rebath. Although there were supply delays, we were very pleased with the work. Kyle was our installer and he was awesome! Cleaned up every day when he was done. He did an excellent job with our installations. Devon managed our project and was very responsive. Work included replace old shower and new countertops in on bathroom, and remove garden tub and replace with shower, new countertops and a new closet build. Would definitely recommend.
We are very much happy with the bathroom. We went from a tub/shower to just a shower along with pretty much replacing everything in the bathroom. Paul was courteous and professional and he did an awesome job. Thank you Rebath!
Install was great. Sales experience left us with some misunderstandings about the process. Warranty process has been poor - we requested service on 10/6 and it is now 11/24 with no follow up contact despite multiple calls
The worker Paul was one of the best I've seen in years. He was knowledgeable, fast, courteous, ontme and more. I really was impressed and would have rebath again because of him. Thank you so much.
We signed a contract to work with re-bath on July 11th and the lead time was 18 weeks to have the bathroom done. We also put a 50% deposit down on the total amount. It took me calling the office multiple times to be told our materials are likely going to be on back-order for another month and that it's unlikely we will even be able to schedule the work to be done by the end of the year - originally our design consultant told us the work should be expected to be completed early November. Our design consultant has completely ignored our calls and emails. Has not been updating us on delays or working on a solution for us. Please beware of the deceptive tactics they use. They have egregiously overpromised and underdelivered. Read the bad reviews and know your project will not be completed on time. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with.
A sink bowl developed a crack. Devon Petteway was excellent to work with in getting the bowl replaced. His workmanship and professionalism was very much appreciated. He alone gives me a desire to recommend Re/Bath to others. Our experience was positive in every way.
