I needed a shower my mom (who has dementia) could just step in to. A rep. (Devin) came to talk to me to tell me about the company and then showed me all the choices! He told me exactly what to expect in the near future. It all went exactly as he said except a lot sooner than he suggested. The whole process, starting with the inquiring on the website, to finished product was just about 4 weeks. The installation was a wonderful process. The team was quick, respectful of my mom's needs and so nice! The finished product is absolutely beautiful, luxurious and perfect for anybody, not just for handicap!
We had an old one-piece fiberglass bathtub and shower surround replaced. They put in a new tub, surround, new plumbing, shower head, grab bars, corner shelves, and shower rod. They were able to get the products sooner than expected and performed the work in one day. Jeremy was our installer, and he performed an excellent job. We were VERY pleased with the work and would definitely recommend.
Jeremy and Kendrick did a fantastic job on my complete bathroom remodel. They were very professional and kept me informed each step of the way during the process. I have an older house and now my bathroom has a very modern look. They really took pride in their work. I couldn’t be more pleased and would highly recommend them to anyone!
I absolutely recommend ReBath of Little Rock. I was needing some guidance and a quote on making my master bathroom handicapped accessible and safe. I was very impressed with Devin. He came in very prepared and extremely professional. If you need a bathroom remodel give them a call because they’re wonderful.
We had to remodel our shower/toilet area to make it handicapped-accessible. Fairly extensive job but done cleanly and professionally. Tim and Denton were great!
We chose Re-Bath to do our bathroom remodel and we are so proud of the out come. Its every thing that we thought it would be and more. Jeremy the installer was great, he made sure he cleaned up after himself all during the day and at the end of the day. He is a very good worker and very professional and knew what he was doing. Our consultant was Devin and he was so helpful through the remodel We would recommend Re-Bath to all of our friends. The office manager Christy Milam was able to answer all of our questions that came up prior to the install. All we can say is we know we made the right decision and you will also......
Overall it was good. The problem we have is the edge of the finished walls. The sample the salesman presented to us was very solid all the way to the edge. Our finished walls are soft around the edges and can be pushed in, making it feel cheaply made.
I knew I had picked the right company to remodel my shower when Tim the installer pulled into my driveway. He back his truck and trailer into my drive like he had did it before. First impressions make lasting ones. While getting ready to start the demo, it was found that the drain on the pan was located on the wrong end (right). This was a job stopper. But your team was able to find a slightly larger (2" wider) pan with the drain on the left. This gave me more for my money. And believe me, to two more inches of shower area is great. From there, I watched our dream shower turn into a reality. I think credit goes out to Denton who put all the pieces together. Tim who made them fit. And Mark who tweaked the shower door to make things perfect. And Christy, your help with the bank kept thing from becoming a headache. You are fine team to work with and I look forward to working with you again when I remodel our other bathroom.
