They were very communicative and experienced in helping us design our new shower. The sales person was excellent. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. There were a few minor hiccups in the build (forgot to install the shaving ledge, made a hole in the drywall through the other side and had to repair) but they fixed and remedied the situation quickly.

Total remodel for ADA help in the master bathroom. Jared was the installer & was excellent! Prompt, polite, professional always. George helped a lot, then Matt. All professional, honest & considerate. That was back in Sept 2020 - Jan 2021. 2/15/2023 - Had a discoloring issue w/ the shower pan liner - it was still under warranty. Called Re-Bath, spoke w/ Billy Orton, who sent over Jimmy, Dan, & Matt. They took care of the problem & helped w/ a few more issues regarding caulk & slow drains. HUGE HELP, all of them. I can't thank them enough.

We just had our first consultation and work has yet to begin . The representative we met was so friendly , attentive to our needs and had a great presentation ! I'm excited to see the results ! Thanks Sam ☺️👍

We are in the early process, have chosen our shower, built-in seat, vanity, and hardware. It has been fun. Our rep has been very patient, as we have gone back and forth with some of our choices. She is a delight to work with. Can't wait for the final product!

A big shout our to our installer Corey Lex. Corey was personal, professional and easy to work with. He is a hard worker and kept us informed throughout our remodel on everything he was doing. As far as I’m concerned, our installer Dago is pure perfection. He’s very knowledgeable, kind, caring, and patient. He gave us an exact run down of what his accomplishments were each day. On top of his great work, he’s also a superb teacher to his crew mate. He’s constantly in motion. He represents ReBath well, he’s the best installer in the state of Texas. I will always refer to him as Mr. ReBath. Everybody would be envious of my shower because my shower is better than a Hilton shower. When I shower, I feel like I’m on vacation. Which is a true compliment to the team who installed, Dago and Joe. They were the perfect team. Joe was kind as can be and a great complement to Dago. #1 ReBath installation team because Dago is a perfectionist and that’s hard to find.

This company is so sensitive to customer needs & requests. They replaced a tub with a low entry shower for My deaf, at the time 80 year old sister-in-law. She is now 93 & still enjoys the shower, but is shorter now. Just called Re-Bath to see if they knew how to “ modify” by adding a lower holder for the shower massager head. They came right out, communicated with my deaf sister-in-law & fixed the problem. Happened to notice a small leak at the head that they also fixed! NOW THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!
