I asked rebath to work out a bid for a tub re-do to a shower. Marilee came and designed an AWESOME package that was competitively priced after speaking to other contractors. I decided to postpone this project for now, but will use Re-Bath if I do move forward.

Title : No follow up The Sales rep came to our home and provided us quotes which we were interested in. I even spoke to him on a live call after he left that same day by calling his office since he never left any contact info and they stated will reach out to him to call us back. I simply requested for him to send me and my wife something via email so we can look it over and make our decision. He said ok and will get it to me that night and he can write it up himself and was very assuring. He never called back or sent any info to me. I have gotten a ton of generic sales marketing emails from the company but no call back or follow up since we were interested. Also originally when he left my home he never offered a business card or stated he would follow up almost like he counted us out. What happen ?

Michael and Aaron did a great job with our tub to shower conversion. Only took about 10 hours over two days and we are located almost 2 hours away from their shop. Very professional conduct, cleaned up very well and explained all the cleaning recommendations and functions of our shower. Expensive but worth the price to get it done RIGHT. Highly recommend REBATH.
