My name is Mrs Marsha Bacon-Schotz, I am really at a loss for words when I enter my new bathroom! It is more than what I expected Taz Brandon Jason and Chris I cannot say enough about you and the beautiful job you did on my dressing room bathroom. Not only were you neat while we working, your tools were neatly placed on covering as not to damage my wood floor, I was very impressed. Ramon are sales consultant said that there would be a beautiful job done but he didn't say that it would be this amazing! So anyone who is looking to have your bathroom remodeled please give to Tucson Rebath a call first.

We had Rebath come and we signed with the remodeling of our outdated bathroom. Everybody was wonderful, things were done well everything was cleaned up it was fantastic. Months later we had an issue where a drawer would not lay flush against the sink cabinet. I had people come out two times and they were unable to do anything to fix it. I spoke to the front office manager ***** and she had told me they were looking to replace the hardware for the cabinet because they were unable to fix it. I waited to hear from them and finally called them 6+ months down the road to see they found anything, no they didn't. I called them again, maybe another 6 months or longer down the road, they were still unable to do anything. Finally I call them and she told me they are no longer making that cabinet and could not fix the issue. This went on for years! We'll I finally glued it and it has held for more than a year+. So 6 years down the line, thinking (they stated) that everything they ordered and installed was to be, if needed, reinstalled by them to be covered under the agreement we signed. Which I assumed didnt cost us. Not so! I called to have the sink faucet by Delta, which I ordered because they guarantee their product, reinstalled. Nope they want to charge me $200 to do it eventhough they had done this 2 years before without charge. Bogus, Now today 2/28/23 ***** stated the shower area is covered if anything goes wrong. At least they chose Delta faucets, which have a lifelong guarantee. I'm now not sure if my faucet goes bad in the shower if it will cost to reinstall by them so the lifelong warranty is covered!!! I was very happy but through the years not so much. Not the best customer service results. Now I have to find someone to install a faucet replacement, which I have received from Delta, that won't cost.We aren't sorry we had Rebath but beware of any after issues, keep on them to get it done! Hopefully they won't charge you on "warranty" issues.

Two comments that say it all for Brandon...Perfectionist and problem solver. I was worried about his youth but don't let that sway you. Everything about his performance was excellent. Brandon is very committed to do the best job possible. Jason was a good assistant to Brandon. They worked well together.

from the start with Ramon who listened to what I was wanting and even added to my concept through plotting and planning phase with Vicki keeping everyone in touch and finally the installer Damion and his 2 guys Chris and Jason. the whole process was smooth and flowed very easily. would recommend to friends and family

Had tub replaced with a shower and a shower expanded. Alex, Chris, Jason and Alejandro did EXCELLENT work and had quick and practical solutions to some unforseen problems. Love our new baths. Highly recommended.

My parents got two new showers and love the new look. The team was quiet and courteous which is two adjectives I wouldn’t normally use for a construction project but they insist on them. Great experience.
