Cody was the man in charge and I couldn’t be any happier with his work and friendly attitude. If I had a question, he would always take the time to talk to me about it. Outstanding.
Had two wonderful people doing the remodel. Jason and Leah were professional and very considerate. I was amazed at how quickly the job went. Bert was the salesman, and he was very helpful and kind. Susan was always very sweet and helpful when we were on phone. I will recommend Re-Bath to all.
We ADORED our installers. They were punctual, professional, trustworthy, friendly and knowledgeable. They finished in a good amount of time and laid down drop cloths each day they were here. The only thing that was a disappointment was the cohesiveness of the design. The shower doesn't match the vanity, leaving the total look disjointed. In addition, I had stupidly assumed that the shower would be a material like Corian. I'm not pleased with the final look of our bathroom. I think the problem occurred because I wasn't given options for the shape of the fixtures. I was mostly disappointed in the oval shape of the basins. I stupidly assumed that the shape would be the rectangular shape that one sees in new homes now. I wish I could have seen the faucets, or at least photos of options. But I am guessing that options are not available? When looking at the final product, it felt somewhat "spec" to me rather than custom, despite me picking out the colors of the materials. When the materials arrived, I was disappointed when seeing a bendable top surface for our new shower.
They only want to do a total bathroom makeover, not just a shower. 🙁 Edit: After a response from the owner (which is shown below), I called their Customer Service Department to see how they could make my experience a positive one. What they told me was only to confirm what I told them in the first place, that they only do complete remodels. Just al lousy generic response computer generated. The human that I talked to gave no indication on how to make this a positive experience. I have downgraded to one star 😞.
