It's a little bit of a wait, but it was well worth it. I love our new walk in shower and it is so much safer for my husband. Daniel went through everything with me and explained everything, he was able to answer all my questions and was so careful with the floors and not letting the dogs out. Daniel cleaned up everything each day he was here and that was something that I appreciated greatly. I would highly recommend this company if you need this type work. I truly love my walk in shower
The installer Daniel was very nice and polite . He cleaned up after himself and let the area just as he found it.He did the job in the amount of time that was scheduled to do it in
This was our first remodel experience and we didn’t really know what to expect. Rick was thorough in his presentation and answered all our questions. Hunter did a great job of leading his team and the work was done almost on schedule. The only hiccup was with the painting. We understood that would be done if we furnished the paint, which we did. But at the end we were told that was not a part of the agreement and we ended up having to do that ourselves. Next time we’ll know.
Horrible customer service. They did one of our 2 bathrooms and were supposed to return the next week to finish and never showed up and will not return phone calls, texts or emails. Also when we turned the water on to the house there is a leak on one of the lines they installed and they will not come back to fix it. We’ve called and called. Even called cooperate. Do not recommend! Biggest waste of time and money ever! We have a handicapped child and are having to stay with my parents because they will not come finish what they started!
$18000.00 and I was left with a piece of crap work. I wouldn’t recommend them to do a dog house. The company itself is a bunch of careless, smart-ass’s namely Amber. We told Lowe’s that we regret ever allowing them into our home.
Re-bath completely redid my bath. I have a problem with the floor. I called on Monday October 5th and was told someone would contact me within 24 hrs. It is Thursday October 8th and I still haven't heard from anyone. Terrible customer service!! I would not recommend this company to anyone.
