They completely remodeled my bathroom from top to bottom. They stayed in communication with me during the whole process. The quality of work was excellent. Everyone I came into contact with from this company was extremely friendly, respectful, and concerned about us and our property. I would recommend them and use them again.

The management and designer sold us a bill of goods. They did not do a total remodel because they took off the trim and did not tell us they would be putting it back on after the job was finished. No mention of this was in their contract. I feel they used our inexperience of never having done a project like this to their advantage. When we contacted them they would have gladly painted over it at an additional cost. To appease us they sent a gift card to go out to dinner. They failed to put enough postage on the envelope so we had to go to the post office and pay for the postage. They seem to use good contractors but I would NEVER recommend this company. Extremely overpriced for the finished product.

I needed to replace the tub with a walk-in shower for safety reasons for a family member who is on oxygen and needs to wear an oxygen tube (getting in the tub and fighting with the shower curtain was not safe anymore). The design consultant came over and gave a good sales pitch. After making a call to verify he assured me that they could have it done in 6-8 weeks. Even though they were definitely the most expensive option I decided to trust him. Fast forward 7.5 weeks I had to call him to get an update and all he could say is that it was still within the 8-10 week window. I reminded him that he had promised 6-8 weeks and he called me back a few hours later saying that he relooked at the contract and yes we did agree on 6-8 weeks and he would get them working on my order. There were a few more calls since they were having problems getting the correct base. At 9.5 weeks they finally scheduled the install. The guys that came were very nice and professional. When they came back the second day for the actual install, they informed me that the door was not in yet and they would be putting up a shower curtain (absolutely not ideal). I called the salesperson immediately and he was unaware of the situation and said he would check into it and get back with me. The following week I had not heard anything, so I called and left a message then waited till the next week called again and still no answer and left a message. So, I called the main office, and they informed me that he had been on vacation and just returned. He called me an hour later and first thing he said was “I was not aware that the shower door was still and issue”, even though I had left him two messages on his voicemail. He said he would get back to me first thing the next morning. Morning came and went, and he finally called at 9pm that night to let me know the door had come in. But then I had had enough and called the main office to talk to the GM but was redirected to a Salesperson instead. I let her know everything that had gone on and how disappointed and frustrated I was and all I got was excuse after excuse and an apology. She helped to get the door installation scheduled. And not surprisingly there was an issue with the door installation and the guy had to run to the store to get parts to make the door fit correctly and when he was complete he let me know that he was unable to put a handle on inside of the main door going in and out of the shower because it would hit the glass of the other door and only way to close it is to use the little indent where the handle for the outside is attached, so much for custom ordering. Well come to find out the guy installed the glass doors wrong and now they have to come back to fix it. Not once did anyone even consider any kind of compensation for my troubles during the process. I spent $13295 for a tub to shower conversion and truly feel like I didn't get what I paid for. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Tub was removed and replaced with walk in shower to accommodate aging user. All was done wonderfully.

Kyle did a great job installing our new shower. Our shower looks amazing and he was a joy to have in our home. It was also completed in just two days. Aaron was also very responsive and exhibited excellent customer service

Very professional and courteous! The installers were wonderful, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job communicating. Love the tub and shower!
