It is rare that I give a full five stars, but Erik H. and Phil were so efficient, fast and personable that five it is. Literally nothing to complain about. Second time I've used Rebath and I'm as happy with the second time as the first.
Erik H. and Phil tore out the original shower and installed our new shower. They did an outstanding job. This was a two day job. Each day they arrived promptly at 8:00 a.m. as scheduled. Each day they put drop cloths on the floor all the way from the garage door to the bathroom. The first day they demo'd the old shower and removed the pieces from the house. They then did the plumbing work in the floor and behind the wall. They installed the pan and leveled it. They did some framing necessary to support the install. They installed two of the walls. On day two, they finished up, installing the third wall, the finish plumbing, and the doors. All the time, they kept the area neat and clean of debris. They cut their materials in the garage, and when they got through each day, they cleaned up the sawdust. We have dealt with quite a few crews in the trades over the years, and Erik and Phil are the best.
This was my first time working with Rebath, and I am very happy with the results. Erik H. and Phil came out to install my shower and tub surround. They arrived on time and worked efficiently. They were very professional, and the install was beautiful. Thank you for making this renovation a great experience.
We are very happy with the 2 bathtub replacements by ReBath. The installation team (Erik H. and Phil) were impressive. They were professional, knowledgeable, and customer focused. Not only did they arrive on time, but they worked hard and at a steady pace the entire time. Both of our baths are upstairs, and they had to make so many trips up and down the stairs that had to be tiring. However, they maintained a pleasant, friendly attitude and never complained. It's refreshing to see excellent work ethic and customer service.
