Paul and Sergio were amazing. In three days they installed a new shower, vanity, and flooring. They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We could not be more pleased with our beautiful new bathroom and we recommend them without reservation.

Paul and Sergio were awesome! They did an excellent job on everything. Communicated with me and kept me updated on progress and verified things with what I wanted. They were on time everyday, very professional, worked fast with clean detailed work finishes. The job was completed before estimated time, and everything went smoothly with no problems. Re-bath staff were friendly, always readily available to take my calls and answer any questions. I love the quality of the products I chose and love everything done with my finished new re-baths. We shopped around and could not find a better price nor availability for the products we wanted for our shower replacement. Sean was very personable and capable for all steps of the process. The end result is a HUGE improvement for our bathroom space.

Sean and Ian were clean, knowledgeable, and all around pleasant to work with. Having never done anything like this before I definitely had a lot of buyers remorse. It couldn’t have work out better. I now have a beautiful updated master bathroom. A big kudos to both Dustin who I originally work with and Anna who dealt with all my concerns. Can’t thank you enough. I would give you 10 stars.

(Disclosure, very long review. I couldn’t stop) My wife and I were apprehensive to have our downstairs bathrooms tub/shower converted to a walk in shower, especially in only 2-days. We were scheduled for an in-house estimate that was easy and convenient to schedule. Dustin, the sales associate, arrived on time prepared to present the options and there was a ton on them. With Dustin’s assistance, my wife and II, were able to help in the design or decor options. Myself having a sales background, I was anticipating Dustin to turn up the sales pressure. He asked for the sale, but not with a hard sale approach. My wife really appreciated this. When we discussed timeline, Dustin was clear and honest on the waitlist. It was long, MUCH longer than the other two estimates we received from their competitors. They also were not the cheapest of the bunch. We liked the presentation and the honest clarity of the timeline. Quite some time later, months, we received a call to schedule the installation. It was within 2-days of the estimated date provided by Dustin. By this time my wife was a wreck as she has buyer’s remorse for toothbrushes. (One competitor claimed they could have it done within 2-weeks of the estimate, this threw up red flags in my mind. Why were they not busy?) Any way, install days finally arrived. Mike & Victor showed up on time with a huge truck and trailer with everything needed to perform our install. They even brought a microwave to heat their lunch. Mike and Victor worked in harmony with the assistants of my dog, Ginger, I think she was the crew chief. Ginger is a small breed that is inquisitive and fearless to anything going on in her house. Mike and Victor were very tolerant of her constant presence. It was a whirlwind on the first day of the install, the tear down was fast and furious. Mike knew exactly what to do, it was clear he knows his craft. He has the right tools for the tasks at hand. He made a suggestion to move the valve placement to the opposite side of the shower for better efficiency. We ordered a ceiling fan, one of my wife’s nightmares, without a light as we didn’t feel it was necessary. Mike suggested adding a light in the shower as it really provides a nice appearance for a nominal cost. I couldn’t agree more!! Mike is patient and easy going, myself having been a do-it-yourself type for many more years than I care to admit. I had many questions about the process and observed more than I should have. I was probably more in the way than Ginger was. He never dismissed my questions as stupid as they probably were and I appreciated his willingness to answer. By day-2 I’m sure the crew of Mike, Victor and Ginger were tired of my questions. So I tried to stay out of the way to allow progress to prevail. My confidence in Mike and Victor to provide as promised was elevated beyond my expectation. My experience with Mike, Victor and Dustin has made the project effortless and stress free for me, and, my buyers remorseful wife is so happy to see the end result. A big thank you to Dustin, Mike, Victor and Re-Bath Pacific Coast for exceeding our expectations and building this beautiful space in our home! We are starting to plan the Jack-n-Jill kid’s bathroom next. We will definitely use and recommend Re-Bath again!! Sorry for the lengthy review, the value made me do it!
