Had a older fiberglass step in TubShower Combo. My wife had a stroke & we had to switch to a walk in shower. The WIS was professionally installed with great material. Has a lifetime warranty on all parts & labor includes plumbing. We love it as she can sit on a shower chair while she bathes with plenty of room & easy access. It's onething for a company to say they warranty everything for life but as you know it's another to get it. After about a year or so the shower wand hose went bad at the wand connection. From twice a day use from her & myself. That's a lot of use. I called them & reported the problem. I had a new hose in 3days at no cost to me. Pretty awesome.. After nearly 40 years, I finally changed my pink/mauve, dated master bathroom into a beautifully done modern one. John did a fabulous job and was so careful with details. When it comes to professionalism, this company is very lacking. The owner in particular is by far the worst. The installation was beautiful on the surface but does not last a lifetime as stated in the contract and advertising which is why they offer a warranty. We tried for nearly a month to have someone service the bathtub due to discoloration and the owner shrubed it off as dirt and soap scumb. They were blatantly rude and unprofessional towards my elderly aunt who requested my assistance after they were rude to her about a $125 labor fee for a service that was never rendered. Their so called resolution was to charge her more money to fix an issue which was promised in the contract. To add insult to injury, they subliminally called her a liar and argued back and forth about a fee she was charged that she was never made aware of until the technician left her home. The owner guaranteed us that it wasn't a threat that he was canceling her contract he promised that he was. This company is a joke and does not stand by the terms of service they guarantee. Moreover, shop at your own risk. I know they will respond in their defense but don't take my word, have issues with your product or service and you will get to experience them first hand. The way they handled us, I couldn't tell if we were in a shouting match or what. I do know were will never patronize here again.
Was told they couldn't do my small project for at least 6 months. It's just a bath re-fit. Like their name says. When I said I wasn't interested in full bath renovation, the CS rep became rude and dismissive. I have contracted with another company.
This company is awesome! Mr. John carter did our install of our bathroom and his professionalism, intellect, and work ethics were beyond exceptional. Mr. Carter is very knowledgeable, talented in his craft. I would recommend Re-Bath without hesitation. Thank you Re-Bath for blessing us to be able to enjoy our new renovation of our new bathrooms.
