<div class="comment">Rebath has a very charming sales pitch that helps you get past how expensive they are. Their contractors are very clean and polite. Unfortunately when they delivered and installed the wrong color counter top they wouldn't make it right without more money and a 10 week delay. We stopped their services at this time. We cancelled and asked for a refund on part of the job. They gave the refund. They didnt use paintable caulking around their shower install causing more problems. They mentioned but never provided warranty information. They refused to itemize charges. Date of experience: April 02, 2025</div>

They were also gracious enough to deal with our barking dogs the whole time. The shower looks great and has given us much more space in a tiny area, and we couldn’t be more happy.</div>

The whole process I went through from sitting down with Erika and discussing options, colors, textures, styles and pricing to the final product being placed by Max and Austin, was, by far, one of the best experiences that I have had with a project of this nature. I really appreciated how respectful, considerate and professional Max and Austin were. They did an amazing job and paid a great deal of attention to detail. I couldn't be happier with my brand new 5 inch low border walk in shower. I will request Max and Austin back for my next Re-Bath project. The shower is only the beginning of my total bathroom remodel. My thanks to everyone who was involved in making this such a wonderful experience.</div>

<div class="comment">Kelly was my design consultant. An absolute pleasure. We talked through various options and landed on a great package given my needs, color preferences, and budget. The 18 month no interest financing option was a big decision factor for me - being able to pay it off monthly versus all at once. Max and Austin were my installers and did a fantastic job. Walk in shower is big, but hallways are narrow. I was impressed with how carefully and judiciously they moved such large materials through the home. One day install, with attention to detail, and updates throughout the day. There were also decisions to be made the day of install like placement of the folding chair, height of shelves, etc. They shared ideas and the process was collaborative. End result = very happy with the new walk in shower. It has many accessibility features including low threshold entry and also looks stunning. The matching pan/floor is a perfect touch.</div>

<div class="comment">This is unusual, in that I am not having my bathroom done. However, The Re-Bath Rep. DENNIS SLATER, was exceptional. The cost is beyond his control. That is the singular reason my husband and I didn't move forward. That being said, the cost reflects the times we live in, not RE-BATH price. (I checked). I would recommend this company.</div>
