This by far is one of my best investments for my Grandpa and Dad had ever experienced. Muxh love to Dougglas and the staff for always putting up with my hard headed pops. The fact that theirs no language barrier made my pops experienced priceless. Thanks again for all your hard work!!!

Update - May 2024 Our family continues to be very happy with Truewood by Merrill in Clovis. My father is very happy with the entire staff. They are so friendly and caring to his needs. The activities director plans amazing things for the residents. There are so many fun and active things for the residents. The weekly outings are a highlight for my father - lunches in the community, baseball games, shows, etc. Our family is so thankful for Truewood in Clovis! A huge shoutout to the dedicated staff! Our family is extremely happy with Truewood by Merrill in Clovis. Beau and Marissa made the process of moving in very easy during a difficult time in my father’s life. Everyone from the receptionists, bus driver, activities director, dining room staff, housekeeping services, etc. have gone above and beyond to make my father feel cared for and gave him a sense of belonging. The residents are friendly and he enjoys visiting in the dining room. A number #1 priority for my father is great food. He has lived there for 5 months and loves the food! We are so grateful for Truewood!

My husband and I have lived in Truewood/Clovis for four years. The facility offers a Bible Study on Wednesdays and a worship service on Sundays which we enjoy. All of the staff from the front desk, activity leader, dining staff, housekeeping, bus driver, etc., always greet us with our names and a smile and make us feel at home. As we got to know the other residents, it began to feel like a family. Many activities are provided and there is usually something of interest for everyone who chooses to participate. The dining staff are very considerate and try to provide the extra touch for special requests and they do it with a smile. The food is good and the home baked cookies are excellent. The med staff and resident assistants are so helpful and look out for the care of the residents that need their special attention. Housekeeping cleans our apartment weekly and do it with a smile. Laundry staff do our linens and towels weekly and personal items as well. Great place to live.

My mom needed to make the move from living on her own to assisted living. Truewood and their amazing staff have made the transition so easy for her and for us as well. Any questions or concerns we may have are addressed immediately and it's so wonderful to see my mom so happy.

We have been so incredibly happy with our experience here. Moved in my mother-in-law in December, and it's been a true joy working with the staff. They helped us through our beginning anxieties and were patient with us when things got difficult for us. The staff is kind, helpful, and unbelievably caring. Through all the ups and downs of caring for and assisting our family, Truewood has gone above and beyond. Their communication is top notch, the facility and activities are engaging, and we couldn't be happier. I'm so glad that we found Truewood. We truly feel like family here.

Everyone has been excellent in every way though Beau, Marissa, Jamie, Stephanie, and Andrea in the dining room deserve special mention... My cousin is not easy to please and can be cranky but she is adjusting well and getting more comfortable by the day...she loves the staff and is getting along very well with several of the residents... The one drawback seems to have to do with short-staffing issues which sometimes affects how quickly residents get noticed and served their meals in the dining room...but once they are informed about the need they respond kindly and quickly...

I just wanted to share that even though Truewood was not our first choice for my grandparents to reside when the time comes, that the service I received from Marissa and the time taken in the phone call was fantastic. This is never an easy decision to make and the patience and care that was taken to put me at ease and in answering all my questions was extraordinary !!! Truewood Owners you've done a great thing in hiring Marissa Ortega :)

We have had excellent service from Beau Staal, Community Relations Director. Not only is Beau knowledgeable and professional, but he is also genuine and helpful. When I refer someone to Beau, I know that he will provide excellent customer service. He works with me and the family to truly find the best fit. I appreciate Beau's work ethic and genuine kindness! So do the families I serve.

I moved my mom into Orchard Park and she absolutely loved it there. The staff is wonderful, the facility very clean and the food is great. I was there quite frequently and spoke to many of the residents and it was very apparent to me that they loved living there. There were also a lot of activities to keep the residents busy. I would recommend Orchard Park to everyone.

We were looking for a place for mom towards the end of 2018. I visited 3 other places but chose Orchard Park for many reasons. The place felt warm & welcoming the minute you walk thru the front doo...
