A special thank you to Lisa Koenig! Lisa met with me multiple times regarding a move to memory care for my mom who has Alzheimer’s. She has been so patient and met with me multiple times to address my questions and concerns. She’s compassionate and professional. I brought my mom to tour last week and my mom was so pleased with the tour and the time with Lisa that she tells me afterwards she wants to move. She will be moving in next month thanks to Lisa. My Mother-in-Law moved into Merril Gardens at Gilroy last year and it was the best move she could've made. The food is great, the staff are super attentive and kind. Her all around health has improved with participation in all the physical and social activites. She's really enjoying herself and not worrying about all the overwhelming details of managing a home. Her unit is the perfect size with a lovely veiw; and the grounds are beautiful. The little details such as housekeeping and friendly staff always smiling and greeting her by first name, make her feel special and cared for - like she is!
