Enrique had us work with the finance team to get me out the door in a reliable ride. The communication and patience with me was fabulous and pain-free. And it sounds like the service after the sale will be equally good. Thank you so much for your service and helping me through a difficult time. I Had A Second Visit To The Service Dept On Sept 27th For Alignment, Communication Was Good And The Wait Area Is Relaxing, Also Being Able Consume Beverages And Use The Restroom Nearby Makes Things Better. At Other Dealerships Ive Had To Advise Salesmen That I Am Working With A Personal Salesperson Only To Have Them Loiter And Orbit Me Anyway, This Is Not The Case Here At Family Mitsubishi Where I Only Have To Advise One Only Once That I Work With Emilio. Which Is Good. This Place Is A Good Choice.

Family Mitsubishi has really surprised me, in a good way. It's never really simple to buy a car but Ladonna made the process much simpler and did a fabulous job helping us with many of the details. I highly recommend getting to know these folks.

Cypress gave it his best effort however the reality is, it was going to take someone more experienced to get me the deal I needed that my bank would finance. Katie took the time to listen to my needs and preferences, guiding me through the process with my bank trying to get me into a vehicle I loved and that would at a price that would allow my bank to finance the car. She spent days going back and forth with the bank haggling to find a number that allowed me to be able to afford to still purchase a warranty and gap coverage. Together, the people at Family Mitsubishi’s expertise and patience made the process enjoyable, and I never felt rushed or pressured, which is so refreshing when car shopping. In addition, the dealership's atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, creating a stress-free environment. I left feeling not just satisfied with my purchase but truly valued as a customer. I will be returning for any maintenance I need done for sure and cannot wait to buy my next car from them as well. If you're in the market for a vehicle, I wholeheartedly recommend Family Mitsubishi. I want to shout out Reagan, Katie and Jasper. I almost didn’t want to leave the dealership because they were so friendly! The worked really close with my wife and I and got us the best deal possible. Katie is super upfront with costs, also got us a great deal on paint and interior protection. Jasper...Read More is the nicest guy to work with, he will always make sure you are his priority. Lastly Reagan doesn’t mess around he will do anything in his power to make sure you are satisfied and get the vehicle in the best condition possible. I cannot recommend Family Mitsubishi enough!!!
