It did appear Hector cleared the clog and the toilet did flush properly. Then it clogged again the next day. He came back with a snake and I have not had a problem since. Also, I reported I had no hot water and had been heating water on the stove. I did not want to bother him during the fire inspections. Hector replaced the orignal old hot water heater timely. I appreciate Hector's caring, professional service to our needs.

Dan responded immediately even though it was after his normal workday. He was SO nice and immediately knew what had to be done…. (Needed a new thermostat). Within an hour he put up a new one and it works great! No complaints

My first call was actually 7/14. On 7/15 I called again and problem was handled well by our new super Hector. He promised a new WH by the next day and he kept his word. Work was completed the following morning. It is my hope that Enclave will always rnow always replace appliances with new items rather than used which was my previous experience.
