We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, Sam Griffin. I am happy to help. The $50 for the Application Fee is a non-refundable fee for each applicant to run their background checks. The $200 Administrative Fee is non-refundable, should you withdraw your application to move in. If you are denied, of course, this is a refundable fee. We are more than happy to clear up any confusion you may have and assist with your application, if you would like to give us a call or stop by the leasing office. We look forward to hearing from you!
