From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure dealing with the sales team at Auto executive. They delivered on all their promises in a friendly and efficient manner. They even attended to a couple of niggles which cropped up more than a month after I took delivery of the car (even though I should have paid for the minor repairs, they insisted on footing the bill). It's not every day that you can experience this quality of service from a dealership! I'll definitely be back when I need to make my next purchase!

Never felt pressured to buy. I was given all the time I needed to make decision. Given options to go and look at other alternate dealers and compare offerings. Really felt the guys walked with me every step of the way in making a decision on what to buy. It was my 2nd purchase there. This experience will last for a longtime. The reason I was buying was due to an accident I had, the salesperson took that into account, told me to take time, recover and then make the call

Appalling experience. I viewed a car (on a Saturday - the first day the car had been available at the dealership) and expressed my interest in it. From there I was ushered to pay a deposit on the car - which I did. The impression created was that the deposit was a holding deposit which would hold the car until the sale had been sorted out. I was told that I would receive an email with the details of the sale contract and what not - I never received such email. The next business day (Monday) I returned to retrieve my deposit as I had found another car which better suited my needs (and budget). Despite them claiming that they only take deposits on a cash basis, I was not refunded as they said that they did not have any cash on them. Bear in mind that I live 30 minutes away from this dealership, and so travelling out to it is not a decision to be made on a whim... The next day (Tuesday), I phoned them beforehand to ensure that they would have cash on hand to refund me. What happened next utterly shocked me. The sales representative on the phone proceeded to have an argument with me that I had signed a 'contract of sale' by paying my deposit and that they had had to turn down offers on the car because of it. I'm sorry but since when are refundable deposits a contract of sale? (Bear in mind that I expressed my desire to retrieve my deposit one business day after I paid it) The sales representative on the phone proceeded to lecture me on how it was 'common courtesy' to fulfill the arrangement. (So to them it's common courtesy that a refundable deposit is a forced sale). I largely brushed him and abrasive tone off. That day (Tuesday) I went to go and retrieve my deposit, and as I waited on the couch I was greeted with a very aggressive "Hello!, where's your slip!" as the sales rep (no doubt the same one I spoke to on the phone) stomped around the sales office angrily). They proceeded to make me wait for five minutes whilst another sales rep. and the dealer owner had a conversation behind a glass wall (in my line of sight) which I could only imagine was about me... I'm truly appalled by the service at this dealership And what shocked me more is that they have a poster on the wall which reads, "No matter how educated, talented, rich or cool you believe you are, how you treat people ultimately tells all. Integrity is everything." From my experience I can't say that this principle was followed by the sales representative that I had the phone conversation with - I think his name is Anton. Good luck to anyone doing business with this dealership.
