My father and I have been customers since the years when they were Chevman Motors. Always had friendly, efficient, professional and excellent customer service. Current customer service is the worst I have ever experienced from any car dealership that I previously had to deal with. Very poor communication. Total disregard for you as customer. Not even worth one star. I definitely don't recommend them.

I bought a couple of used vehicles from this place, the last one was a Chev Captiva. After delivery I phone back the sales person, was then informed he left the company, spoke to another sales guy couldn't help me then send emails back to the used car sales manager and dealer principal? No help again! They sold me a vehicle, the drivers mirror was damaged and covered with touch up paint. the indicator in the mirror not working my windscreen has chip marks and one with a crack in front of the driver....... Really poor service wouldn't recommend anyone to buy a used vehicle by them. I'm just wondering how my car went through a roadworthy test with indicator not working and a windscreen with a chip and crack in front of the driver?????

Had an issue after the first service of my wife's car. After contacting/reminding them about 3-4 times from my side (having been promised a response), I have given up - now after a few months; will have to go elsewhere next time. Even the Service Manager has chosen to rather ignore a new Opel customer... Pity..., because it is a very nice car. Had a similar "no feedback" experience with Opel SA (Marketing dep.?).

Very poor customer service this year. I've been struggling to get a service booked for 10 days and they keep ignoring me correspondence. Unacceptable.

I went to make a booking for my car service and also get it checked for the engine light. Made a booking for Thursday on the 25th, the was dropped 25th early in the morning, and I was told that they cannot do the service on the car because they need to see what was the engine light for. I was told by a lady called Mari that she will get back to me to tell how much will everything cost, on Friday she called in the morning to tell me that they will need to strip off the vehicle at a cost of 8hundred and something Rands so they find where is the damage, she then said she will get to me and she never did. They whole day on Friday and suturday I didn't hear anything. Monday morning I called in early, She said she'll get back to me, I called again after 12am she apologized and said she's gonna get back to me, I had to call in again after 3, tried to call with different numbers, finally they picked up and my brother talked to receptionist, as she was not there. The quotation was sent in the evening at 18:57 on Monday. I went to get my car on Tuesday morning after it was there for more than 3days without hearing anything from them. Very poor service.

First 6mnths of buying a brand new Isuzu bakkie, the clutch gives in. Then the canopy leaks, which was returned to westvaal somerset west 4 times for repairs. It's almost a year now and the canopy is still leaking. I mailed Dewalt with photos of leak, no response received. Everyime time I phone Dewalt is busy with a customer. Lady at front desks says they stole his computer, seriously now. They make empty promises, I have a business and will never ever recommend anyone to buy from Isuzu, the after service is pathetic. They don't even deserve 1 star
