Called about a Green Harley on Autotrader. I was told it was sold and passed on to someone (Gareth I think), as I have a trade-in. Gave him my number and email address, as he said that he will send me pics of all the available Sportster Irons available, and I can sent pics of my trade-in. Said that I am based in Cape Town and was told that it was not a problem. 8 days later, Have not heard back.

Such a big waste of my time. Did all the paperwork, drove 500km on the day they told me to come and when I got there they told me I had to wait an extra day cause they changed the tires for another customer and the bike had problems with its lights. Poor customer service and I had to do all the work. It's almost like I had to convince them to sell me the bike.

I am the Dealer Principal here at S4 Lifestyle and I accept full responsibility for the actions of my Salesman! In the same breath I would like to personally apologies to you for the totally unacceptable manner in which you where treated by my Salesman Gareth today and for wasting your valuable time and money! I have invested 10 years of my life in building one of the most reputable and respected Dealerships in the country and I am utterly shocked and disappointed at the fact that Gareth, after 3 years of service, is still not able to communicate transparently and concisely with a prospective client. This incident will be dealt with as extremely serious and totally unacceptable! Disciplinary action will be taken against my Salesman for the way you were treated.
I am very privileged and proud to have been granted the opportunity, three years ago, to manage S4 Lifestyle and really take my position here extremely seriously. Please understand that I will go to almost any length to ensure that My clients and prospective clients are dealt with in a professional and honest manner.
Please be at liberty to contact me directly should you feel that there is anything which I may do to try and make amends for all the unnecessary inconvenience you have been caused today!
