I went there today with a dental abces and a swollen face The dentist told me to take 6 antibiotics at once Putting myself at high risk , I didn't do thar but maybe somebody else would and might end up in A&E

Thy booked me an appointment to get a treatment done for my tooth a root canal or to remove my tooth. so at my appointment I decided to go for the root canal the lady said if I do this I need to go private and pay for the treatment, I was like why was I not told this in my previous appointment , and...Read More then I was like okay remove my teeth, so they started to put needle in my mouth and I felt like they was rushing and while the lady was trying to remove the tooth I was feeling the pain and I was thinking they rushing so thy couldn’t take my tooth out. Then the lady broke my tooth I went back to the room and I said you broke my tooth she said no I didn’t then I said yes it’s broken. After that the lady didn’t even advise me any after pain or what I should do if I’m in pain. So then I asked the receptionist like this just didn’t happen to me once it happed twice to me they had broken my tooth , I wasn’t happy with any of this practice I was very upset like why did I get this service as I’m on NHS patient as a patient they should look after people priorities people who can’t really afford dental treatment.

Although I was running late, I called ahead and the receptionist was reassuring, letting me know it was fine and that they would inform the dentist — making th...Read Moree rest of my journey stress-free. The three receptionists (Rez, Javina, and Muba) were so helpful, answering all my questions and even checking with another dentist to ensure I received the correct advice. They were so welcoming and easy to talk to, putting me at ease straight away. During my appointment, Kaamil (the dentist) took the time to listen carefully to my recent history of issues, carried out a full examination, and explained in detail the cause of the problem, the medication prescribed, the next steps, and the potential risks and benefits of different options. I finally have a clear understanding of the issue, what to look out for and why his recommendation would be best for me. From walking in to leaving, the whole experience was really comfortable. Everyone took the time to provide full, clear explanations, which I really appreciate.

Dr Rachael O'Flaherty is VERY rude and unprofessional!! The blonde lady who I can see others have put in a bad review about as well. She gave me a horrible attitude and when I asked for advice, she said “well their not my teeth, their yours” how someone could be so rude and condescending is beyond m...Read Moree. She rushed my appointment and did not listen to any of my concerns. The overall practice is good and the receptionist are lovely/helpful. It’s a shame this one doctor does not know how to talk with manners and shows no sincerity. I urge anyone who is anxious or nervous about going to the dentist to avoid this lady because trust me she’ll make you not want to return.

Keiran O Brien a fantastic dentist and I’ve tried many in my years. What others found difficult in my list of dental problems was easily solved under his care. So glad he is on board to help and very attentive
