Very warm and welcoming. Meals are great and having alternatives is nice. Therapy staff worked awesome together and listened to my fears. Nursing staff did their best even with not enough coverage.

Very nice, clean, friendly and helpful place. Both restful or with activities as needed, as well as awesome PT staff for physical progress. Pets welcome was nice. Laundry service was helpful.

I had a good experience at Shadelands. The large, private rooms, each with an attached bathroom are nice. The staff who provided the services, whether the nurses, the CNAs, or others, were friendly and helpful and responded quickly when I pressed my call button. The physical and occupational therapi...Read Morests were very good. The only criticism I would have is that I had different PT and OT therapists each day for my relatively short stay of only five days. It would have been beneficial I think to have more continuity in that area. But overall, my experience at Shadelands was very positive.

All the personnel were pleasant, professional and very helpful. The facility was kept very clean (for the two months my husband was there). I would, and have recommended Sierra Basin to many people as a place to rehab their loved ones.

The regular care staff did a good job, but some of the fill ins weren’t good at all. One male hire was even a bully!
